PopScience Book Reviews

About

PopScience is dedicated to book reviews of the popular science kind. It is 100% unprofessional and subjective and mainly intended as the virtual equivalent of this conversation:

- “Have you read ‘Science is Cool’ by Arthur Magoo?”

- “Yeh, I thought it was boring. Cool pictures of mutant Drosophila though.”

- “Ah, thanks. I might pick it up if I ever feel like seeing wingless fruitflies.”

Feedback is always welcome and if anyone feels like contributing a review, drop me a line.

I will attempt to post a new review once a month. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

Currently reading: “The Selfish Gene”, Richard Dawkins

  1. “Unweaving the Rainbow” by Dawkins would also be an excellent book to review!

  9. Well, I, in turn, will try pop(!) in here.

I actually have Barabasi’s Linked (although it was an accidental inheritance, so I doubt I’ll ever read it).
